Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees on shift and manage performance.
• Relay information to oncoming shift and leadership.
• Complete daily progress reports and emails to leadership.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are used correctly.
• Manage timesheets and reporting for shift personnel.
• Coordinate communication with management and contractors.
• Perform administrative duties and address performance issues.
• Assist in employee performance evaluations and PM completion.
