Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Understanding of inventory management basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agronomy operations and provide general work direction to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Schedule production to meet plant requirements and manage inventories.
• Supervise maintenance, record-keeping, and safety compliance.
• Lead team training, safety, and quality control.
• Identify hazards and enforce safety policies.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and agronomy teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
