Job summary

CHS Inc. in Dickinson, ND seeks a Facility Management Specialist to oversee daily facility operations, supervise a small team, coordinate maintenance, manage contractor relationships, and support safe, efficient grain operations.

You will work with local leadership on delivery scheduling, operational planning, and continuous improvement, leveraging strong communication and leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Production and/or Operations.
• Agriculture or grain experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish daily operating policies and ensure their execution.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication; build cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate procedures and controls to promote proper information flow.
• Direct operational activities to maximize efficiency and profit margins.
• Provide training, assign tasks, correct performance issues, and develop staff.
• Evaluate housekeeping, safety, and equipment programs to prevent breakdowns.
• Keep logs for facility equipment and performance results for management.
• Enforce company policies and location safety practices.
