TAM Systems is an industry-leading team specializing in the design, construction, and service of grain handling facilities. We are hiring for an Agricultural Millwright — a hands-on, entry-level role focused on assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Dillsburg, PA, with overtime and out-of-town work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required and able to reliably commute to Dillsburg, PA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at heights.
• 1 year of fabrication and/or welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, install, and maintain material storage, handling, and conditioning components.
• Perform welding tasks on job sites as required.
• Work safely at heights up to 120–125 feet.
• Travel to job sites within the region and beyond as schedules require.
• Resolve installation challenges with problem-solving on-site.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment on all sites.
• Collaborate with project team to meet construction timelines.

Position Overview

TAM Systems is an industry-leading team specializing in the innovative design, construction, and service of grain handling and distribution facilities. We are hiring for an Agricultural Millwright — a hands‑on, entry‑level construction position focused on the assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components. This is a full‑time, in‑person role based out of Dillsburg, PA, with overtime and out‑of‑town work required as needed. Responsibilities

• Assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components.
• Perform welding tasks as required on job sites.
• Work safely at heights up to 120–125 feet.
• Travel to job sites within the region and beyond as project schedules require.
• Apply acute problem‑solving skills in the field to resolve installation challenges.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Collaborate with project team members to meet construction timelines.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights up to 120–125 feet.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on construction skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
• Must possess a valid, unrevoked, and unsuspended driver’s license.

Requirements

• 1 year of climbing experience preferred.
• 1 year of fabrication experience preferred.1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Priority given to applicants with agricultural millwright, millwright, agricultural, electrical, fabricating, assembly, climbing, welding, and/or mechanical backgrounds.
