Qualifications

• 3+ years of agricultural, industrial, millwright, or construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, fabrication, welding, rigging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in demanding outdoor construction environments.

Agricultural Construction Foreman

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise Construction Crew/Millwright employees.
• Plan daily work and assign crew responsibilities.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to crew members.
• Complete and review required jobsite documentation.
• Perform hands-on millwright and construction work as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of agricultural, industrial, millwright, or construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, fabrication, welding, rigging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in demanding outdoor construction environments.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 90 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel.

Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt | Minimum 40 Hours per Week
