Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Oracle CPQ implementation projects. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive delivery, and coordinate business and technical teams to align on goals.

The role requires hands-on CPQ knowledge, Azure DevOps proficiency, and strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. This position is onsite in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on Oracle CPQ implementation or transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ architecture, workflows, configuration, pricing, quoting, and integrations.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive successful delivery of Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Remove impediments and facilitate resolution of project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed and continuously improve team performance.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectations.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Provide project status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
