Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation for multiple teams within a federal program. You will guide teams from Agile inception through delivery, facilitate workshops, and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to adopt Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, governance of Agile processes, and collaboration with government stakeholders and contractors to improve delivery across large IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams at team and program level.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Support sprint planning and ongoing coaching across iterations.
• Provide coaching to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Help teams define and manage Product and Program Backlogs.
