CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide large federal IT programs through SAFe adoption and DevSecOps alignment. You will coach executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, facilitating workshops, planning events, and promoting an Agile culture across teams and missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts with emphasis on SAFe (Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Scaling).
• Hands-on organizational change agent experience across multiple teams.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a CD pipeline with DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles.
• Coach executives, managers, PO, SMs, and teams across iterations.
• Support cross-team planning and grooming sessions.
• Provide feedback on processes, policies, and tooling changes.
