Job summary

CGS Federal seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation across multiple teams and programs within a government-focused environment. You will facilitate workshops, train stakeholders, and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to deliver large IT initiatives.

The role requires deep Agile expertise, SAFe proficiency, and hands-on change-agent capabilities across complex teams and release trains in a DevSecOps setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of SAFe including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture.
• Ability to customize Agile paths and solutions to fit enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs to enable large system development initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and roles/responsibilities.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors on processes, tools, and policies.
• Support sprint planning and ongoing coaching across multiple iterations.
• Provide hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
