Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Start up and stop machinery; regulate speed, flow, and water pressure to meet production goals and specs.
• Oversee plant operations; ensure safety, efficiency and productivity.
• Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot process or equipment issues causing downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate daily with plant foreman about schedules and issues.
