Job summary

City of Lincoln seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee aggregate processing, maintenance, and plant-wide execution. You will guide aggregate plant managers, ensure daily production reporting, inventory control, and cross-department collaboration to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, safety culture, regulatory compliance, and high-quality output while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing crushing, screening, washing, and stockpiling.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with systematic engineering thought process and problem solving.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to communicate operational information to various parties.
• Knowledge of mining safety regulations including MSHA, OSHA, Cal OSHA, SMARA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aggregate processing, maintenance and repairs; guide plant managers in all operations.
• Ensure daily production reporting and inventory management.
• Maintain working relationships with all departments to meet objectives.
• Develop plans for improved performance and lower operating costs.
• Assure products meet specifications and high quality standards.
• Analyze equipment use and plant processes for efficiency, power/fuel utilization and costs; initiate improvements.
• Ensure proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and oversee safe work practices and training.
• Ensure environmental standards and compliance with permits/regulations.
• Support high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and communicate them within the team.
