Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, coding, testing, deploying, and operating agentic or LLM-based applications in production.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, tool calling, durable state, multi-agent coordination, context engineering, retrieval, evaluation, observability, and safety controls.
• Proven ability to lead engineers and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate production agentic systems with clear boundaries and human oversight.
• Build durable workflows with persistent state and idempotency.
• Engineer tool integrations with enterprise systems and secure contracts.
• Develop context-engineering strategies for memory, caching, and grounding.
• Create evaluation systems with LLM-based judges and metrics.
