Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a seasoned professional to lead requirements management for aerospace programs. You will steer the deployment of processes and tools across the Engineering Department and ensure traceability from high‑level needs to system and design specifications.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients, develop substantiation and safety documents, assess changes, and drive validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience preferred.
• Experience with requirements management and industry standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and improvement of requirements mgmt tools and processes.
• Collaborates with engineers, designers and clients to translate needs into requirements.
• Creates clear requirement documents with traceability to deliverables.
• Manages changes to requirements across the project lifecycle and assesses impact.
• Develops substantiation and safety documents and creates verification test plans.
• Identifies risks and mitigation strategies related to requirements.
