Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in System and Software/AEH Design Assurance activities for aerospace standards.
• Experience with full lifecycle safety critical systems complying with design assurance standards like ARP4754A/B, DO-254, and DO-178C.
• Experience with multiple systems and software/AEH environments and tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of System, Software and Airborne Electronic Hardware Design Assurance.
• Execute System Design Assurance Reviews for compliance with ARP4754A/ARP4761.
• Interface with FAA DERs and Certification Authorities for compliance reviews.

Skills

Experience in System and Software/AEH Design Assurance activities for aerospace standards

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience in fast-paced, demanding work environments

Experience with agile/lean methodologies

Education

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Tools

Familiarity with Tool Qualification following DO-330

Familiarity with Archer CM Tools (Polarion, Collaborator, Git/Bitbucket, TeamCity, Jira, Teamcenter)
