Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering or related field.
• Experience developing complex, integrated aerospace systems.
• Experience defining and validating system requirements.
• Experience verifying highly integrated systems.
• Familiarity with DO-178/DO-254 and MBSE concepts.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead product definition by developing requirements, architecture, and interfaces.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to enable integration and testing of different systems.
• Ensure the fully integrated aircraft meets requirements and is optimized.
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Define interfaces with Chief Engineer and safety engineering teams.
• Plan and oversee system validation and testing to confirm requirements are met.
• Lead and support verification activities for integrated systems and aircraft.
• Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
