Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer Specialist (GAC Savannah) to lead and develop a high-performing QA Engineering team. You will drive strategic quality initiatives, mentor engineers, and serve as the primary escalation point for supplier quality issues, leveraging QMS knowledge and GD&T expertise.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, 6 years in quality assurance/ manufacturing or military ops, and aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, aviation sciences, quality systems or related field.
• 6 years quality assurance/control, manufacturing operations and/or military operations experience required.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Mentor and trainer for all other Quality Assurance Engineers.

Responsabilités

• Actively identifies and completes process improvement projects to improve quality or efficiency.
• Work with management on strategic planning for the Quality Assurance Engineering organization.
• Interpret and execute company policies; develop new procedures as required.
• Lead teams and apply leadership principles to organize resources effectively.
• Maintain KPIs for QAE processes to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency.
• Promote continuous improvement culture and drive results.
