Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to develop and manage cross-functional, product-focused programs for nacelle hardware. You will interface with partners, suppliers, customers, and internal teams, while overseeing resources, budgets, and schedules to meet qualification, certification, and production goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in engineering, and U.S.

Person status or export-control authorization. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of engineering work experience.
  • Export-controlled technology requires U.S. Person status or authorization.

  • Manage program resources and budget allocation/integration.
  • Act as engineering lead and focal for the program.
  • Plan and execute all engineering deliverables for qualification, certification, and production of nacelle hardware.
  • Develop and communicate priorities and executable plans for domestic and global teams.
  • Support monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance assessments and action items.
  • Maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) with inputs from the team.
  • Develop action plans to address issues and risks.

What YOU will do
  • Responsible for developing and managing cross-functional product focused programs.
  • Manages the project and interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
  • Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration.
  • Engineering lead and focal for the program.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of all Engineering deliverables to support qualification, certification, and production of Nacelle hardware to agree technical specifications, schedule, and budget.
  • Develops, maintains, and communicates; priorities and executable plans for a diverse domestic and global team to support internal business and Customer requirements.
  • Supports monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance assessments, corrective action, updated Forecast (budget and resource), key risks/abatements, and help needed.
  • Manage an integrated master schedule (IMS) with inputs from the team and provide assessment of multiple critical path(s).
  • Develop action plans with guidance to respond to issues/problems.
What YOU must bring to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of engineering work experience.
  • This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status.

Estimate salary range for this role:$92,000to $138,100 per year.ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
