Job summary

GA Telesis, LLC is seeking a Customer Relations Team Manager at its Landing Gear Services facility in Medley, FL. The role leads the PMO for landing gear programs, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure programs meet delivery, quality, and financial targets.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, budgets, KPIs, and dashboards while mentoring a team of program managers and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Aerospace, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace/aviation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of landing gear systems and MRO or OEM manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace programs on time and within budget.
• Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, dashboards).
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing multiple landing gear MRO and OEM programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and manage program execution plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of program milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor program risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support business development, quoting activities, and program transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function to increase efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for internal and customer communication.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and coordinators.
