KP Aviation LLC is seeking a Product Line Manager for the Landing Gear GEAR product line. You will own strategy, growth, profitability, and asset performance across acquisition, repair, inventory, and market expansion.

Remote work is available based on location and experience, with responsibilities spanning pricing, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership. Key requirements include deep Landing Gear knowledge, aviation supply chain experience, and proficiency with ERP/WMS/CRM systems.

Competenze

• Deep understanding of Landing Gear components and aftermarket lifecycle.
• Knowledge of aviation supply chain operations including RO and asset mgmt.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP/Oracle).
• Strong analytical and modeling skills for stocking and pricing.
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and pricing frameworks.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the GEAR line to hit revenue and margin objectives.
• Evaluate Gear opportunities including whole units, modules, and repair events.
• Lead asset valuation, acquisition strategy, and buy package analysis.
• Create proformas, pricing models, and financial forecasts for inventory/transactions.
• Oversee Gear repair events and return-to-service in partnership with technical teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence for GEAR assets.
• Own sales plan and drive performance to AOP.
• Manage inventory movement, aging material strategies, and optimization.
• Build relationships with suppliers, repair vendors, and customers.
• Track KPIs like gross margin and inventory turns; identify growth opportunities.
