Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 15+ years in engineering management or related discipline (10 years in DoD)
• BA/BS with 20 years of experience, 10 in DoD
• Experience identifying acquisition strategy issues and proposing alternatives
• Proven leadership, strategic planning and briefing skills for senior reviews
• Expert in DoD 5000-series and Air Dominance program areas

Responsibilities

• Provide expert aeronautical engineering advice to government leadership
• Analyze avionics, subsystems and new tech related to system threat analysis
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on aerospace programs and lifecycle management
• Support RFP development and system requirement documentation
• Advise on security policies and platform integration for current and future aircraft programs
• Prepare and present briefings to senior leaders
