Job summary

ITG Communications is hiring an Aerial Telecom Lineman in Raleigh, NC. This role leads ground crew on aerial construction sites, ensures safety and quality, and coordinates installation of fiber and copper networks.

The successful candidate will climb poles, operate bucket trucks and lashers, read telecom construction plans, and mentor junior crew while meeting client specifications and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Telecommunications or lineman technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license for the specified vehicle(s).

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial telecommunications construction activities including pole climbing, strand placement and cable placement.
• Lead and direct ground crew in aerial construction activities per plans and maps.
• Install aerial infrastructure including fiber, copper, hardware, and related components.
