Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerial telecommunications construction.
• Knowledge of NESC safety requirements for telecom aerial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret telecom construction prints and design maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on aerial construction sites and direct groundmen and crew members.
• Perform aerial construction tasks including pole climbing and cable installation.
• Ensure work complies with plans, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Operate bucket trucks and other aerial construction equipment.
• Document work progress and ensure QA/QC of installations.
