Job summary

YWCA is seeking a Manager for Advocacy & Crisis Intervention Services to align sexual violence advocacy and crisis intervention with organizational priorities. You will oversee daily operations, delivery of services and outcomes while supervising coordinators, staff, interns and volunteers.

You will build and sustain partnerships with community organizations and coalitions, manage program goals and ensure data reporting complies with funder guidelines.

Qualifications

• ICASA 40-hour sexual assault crisis intervention training within 90 days of employment start date.
• Minimum of two to three years of supervisory experience in crisis intervention, youth services and/or educational/medical programming.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly effective interpersonal, relationship-building, written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of direct advocacy and crisis intervention services to individuals affected by sexual violence.
• Develop, implement and manage Advocacy Services with goals, outcomes and funder compliance.
• Foster relationships with professionals and coalitions to expand services and referrals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, coordinators, interns and volunteers.
