ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to lead our Waterville, Maine urgent care team. As founding APP in this site, you will shape patient-centered care, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality, same-day care in a fast-paced environment.

We value proactive leaders who can guide clinic culture, ensure compliance, and expand access to care. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA/NP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through assessments, exams, and histories.
• Lead clinical staff, mentor new-grad providers, and support clinic operations.
• Order or perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Administer injections, suturing, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on health, treatments, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR and ensure compliance.
