Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner Provider to join as a Lead Provider in our urgent care clinic. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, mentoring new-grad providers and allied staff, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a PA or FNP with a Master’s degree, DEA license, and BLS certification, experienced in emergency/urgent care settings, and capable of leading a clinical team with a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification by PA or NP certifying body.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license.
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care: interview, perform exams, obtain and review histories.
• Document accurately in EMR and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with clinicians to plan and disposition patients.
• Mentor new graduates and clinic staff; participate in continuing education.
