Qualifikationen

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 4 years of experience in production manufacturing, or a high-school diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing and project management is preferred.
• Design software experience (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Design, procure, install and qualify new manufacturing equipment and deliver production-ready processes.
• Develop and maintain tooling, manufacturing instructions, procedures, and standards for quality and compliance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Manage New Product Introduction including tooling and equipment acquisition and project scheduling across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement advanced technologies.
