Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to lead advanced manufacturing operations on the shop floor. You will ensure equipment reliability, set up and program automated systems, and work from CAD models and blueprints to support current and new production.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with robotics or automation, and the ability to train colleagues. Overtime and safety compliance are integral to the position in our Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

High school diploma required
Associate degree preferred but not required
Experience in advanced manufacturing, automation, or machine operations
Robotics or programming certifications preferred
Strong troubleshooting and measuring device skills

Responsibilities

Lead advanced manufacturing operations and ensure equipment reliability, efficiency and safety
Program, operate, and maintain assigned manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot machine programming, logic and function issues
Work from CAD models, solid models and blueprints
Train and mentor production personnel
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and vendors to resolve issues
Monitor KPIs and ensure production schedules are met
Perform quality checks and support continuous improvement
