Redwood Family Care Network is seeking an Adult Residential Facility Administrator in Apple Valley to ensure regulatory compliance and oversee the health, safety, and well-being of clients.

The role requires managing staff, coordinating with conservators and service coordinators, and maintaining documentation while providing quality care. A Bachelor’s degree and ARF/RBT certifications are preferred; on-call duties and an 8-hour weekday shift are included.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred and other special training as required by the program designs for this
• Registered Behavioral Technician credential
• ADULT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY CERTIFICATION (ARF Cert)
• DSP I and DSP II certificates
• CPR/FA and CPI certification

Responsabilidades

• Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and other client representatives regarding health and quality of life
• Hire and train staff, generate schedules to ensure adequate supervision
• Oversee daily business operations: notes, medication audits, funds disbursement and audits, inspections
• Attend trainings as mandated by Regional Centers
• First responder duties and on-call availability for emergencies
