Redwood Family Care Network is seeking an Adult Residential Facility Administrator in Apple Valley. The role ensures regulatory compliance, health and safety of clients, and oversees staffing and training to deliver high-quality care.

The Administrator communicates with conservators and agencies, manages client records, and troubleshoots regulatory requirements. On-call 24/7 coverage and on-site leadership are included in the responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and other special training as required by the program designs for this
• REGISTERED BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN and ARF Certification required
• DSP I and DSP II certifications and CPR/FA/CPI certifications required
• 2 years supervisory experience in DD or related field
• 2 years experience with clients with developmental disabilities of Level 4I or higher

Responsabilidades

• Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and other client representatives regarding health and quality of life
• Hire and train staff, create schedules, ensure adequate supervision
• Oversee daily operations: notes, medication audits, finances, files, time cards, evaluations
• Attend mandated trainings by Regional Centers
• Ensure safety compliance and quality care
• Schedule medical appointments and follow up on doctor recommendations
• Act as first responder in emergencies and on-call when needed
• Perform other related duties as required
