Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is hiring an Adult Residential Facility Administrator in Apple Valley, CA. The role ensures regulatory compliance, client well-being, and staff supervision, with on-call responsibilities and an 8-hour weekday shift.

The Administrator coordinates care plans, communicates with conservators and service coordinators, and manages documentation, audits, and patient safety to uphold high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and other special training as required by the program designs for this
• REGISTERED BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN certification
• ADULT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY CERTIFICATION (ARF Cert)
• DSP I and DSP II certificates
• CPR/FA and CPI certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators and client representatives
• Hire and train staff; generate schedules for adequate supervision and support
• Oversee daily business operations: notes, audits, funds, files, and evaluations
• Attend trainings mandated by Regional Centers and ensure quality care
• Ensure safety compliance and act as first responder for emergencies

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
