The Administrative Services Lead serves as the operational leader of Community Health Network's Administrative Services function while maintaining direct executive support responsibilities for an assigned executive leader or operational area. This role provides day-to-day leadership, workforce coordination, coaching, quality oversight, and operational guidance to Administrative Support Partners while ensuring alignment with the strategic vision established by the Manager, Executive Operations and Administrative Services. The Administrative Services Lead promotes administrative excellence, drives continuous improvement, and serves as a role model for executive-level administrative support across the organization.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential preferred
5+ years of experience managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, and confidential information required.
2+ years of experience in a lead, mentoring, project coordination, or informal leadership role preferred.
Lead daily Administrative Services operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Provide coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management support to Administrative Support Partners while fostering engagement and professional growth.
Coordinate staffing, workload distribution, scheduling, and service coverage to ensure uninterrupted administrative support and meet evolving business needs.
Partner directly with executive leaders to manage complex administrative responsibilities while modeling professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
Drive process improvement, quality assurance, and workforce initiatives through collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and administrative excellence.
