Job summary

A3D Manufacturing, a Phoenix-based leader in additive manufacturing, is hiring an Additive Manufacturing Shop Manager to oversee daily production across all AM technologies and secondary operations. You will drive the production schedule, assign work, monitor jobs, run standups, and partner with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards while developing high-performing teams.

This hands-on role requires a strong mechanical background, 4+ years in manufacturing, and 2+ years of people management, with a focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across all additive manufacturing technologies and secondary operations.
• Own the production schedule and ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Lead daily standups and shift handoffs; communicate priorities and production issues.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor and make prioritization decisions.
