Job summary

Divergent in the Los Angeles area develops and manufactures advanced systems for premier industries. This role owns the post-processing value stream that transforms additively manufactured parts into fully qualified material with validated properties.

You will build and lead a high-performance team across all work centers, establish qualification standards, and drive a multi-year automation roadmap to improve throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Proven leadership in high-reliability environments.
• Strong systems thinking and disciplined execution.
• Experience building and scaling teams in manufacturing.
• Ability to drive cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-processing value stream for throughput, quality, and safety.
• Ensure parts exiting the line are inspected and qualified with zero defects.
• Establish objective metrics and drive world-class performance.
• Build and lead technicians and frontline leaders across work centers.
• Implement standardized work, controls, audits, and documentation.
• Develop an automation roadmap across all centers.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and ROI-driven projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
