Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst - Lead to support the Foundation GEOINT Operations Office at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in Fort Belvoir, VA. This on-site role covers the full acquisition lifecycle, developing SOWs, PWS, market research, and J&A while coordinating with diverse teams.

Qualifications include a BS/BA in a related field, 3–10 years of DoD/IC acquisition experience, and a TS-SCI clearance with a preference for PMP/DAWIA.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or higher
• 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's, compliant with DoD/IC standards
• Experience developing acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWS, etc.)
• Experience monitoring cost, risk, schedule, and performance from an acquisition perspective
• PMP and/or DAWIA certification preferred
• Master's degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently develop SOWs, PWS, market research reports, and J&A
• Assist IGCEs by gathering and analyzing historical cost data
• Participate in program meetings to capture acquisition impacts
• Coordinate with ISPs, engineering, and finance to define and fund requirements
• Review acquisition deliverables for the government program manager
• Research and track risks and progress toward milestones
• Develop and update program business plans, briefings, and schedules
• Develop and coordinate SRW requests and related documentation
