Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned accounting personnel to support daily accounting operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

• Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret accounting reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and coordinating a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage production, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar operational industry.
• Prior experience in an accounting supervisor, senior accountant, or lead accountant role.
• Strong working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and compliance-focused accounting environments.
