Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Lead Accountant to join our client's Accounting Department. The role focuses on leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and supervising daily accounting operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, is proficient in Excel, and will drive process improvements while coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).

Mansioni

• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and GLs to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, Treasury, and payroll support.
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis for monthly-close outs.
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc projects while partnering with other departments.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while ensuring deadlines are metReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and GLs to ensure accuracyOversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, Treasury, and payroll supportPerform budget-to-actual variance analysis for monthly-close outsSupport process improvements and ad-hoc projects while partnering with other departments
