Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant for a temporary assignment in Vancouver, Washington. The role involves hands-on accounting support within a busy department and offers the opportunity to own day-to-day tasks from AP/AR to month-end close.

You will perform journal entries, reconciliations, and variance investigations, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the team to keep reporting routines moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, AP, and AR.
• Previous experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Preparing and posting journal entries.

As the Accountant, you will assist with:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Completing account and general ledger reconciliations
