Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in patient access or a large hospital front office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, insurance and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to the team and facilitate problem solving.
• Mentor point-of-service operations staff and coach using established standards.
• Help develop methods to improve pre-registration, pre-service estimates and collections.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure patient experiences.
• Support department quality improvement initiatives.
