Job summary

The Old Dominion Group is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate field operations on commercial and industrial projects involving abatement, remediation, ICRA, and selective demolition. You will lead crews, manage schedules, and ensure work meets plans, budgets, and safety standards.

This role requires five years of relevant experience, OSHA 30, and active asbestos certifications. Travel to sites and effective liaison with customers and general contractors are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years leading field crews in asbestos abatement, demolition, or environmental remediation.
• Active asbestos abatement certification(s) for the work jurisdiction.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee field operations for abatement, remediation, ICRA, and demolition.
• Supervise project activities, planning, scheduling, and manpower.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget compliance with regulations.
• Lead pre-job planning and daily crew huddles.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, and stakeholders.
• Travel to assigned job sites as required.
