Job summary

All The Way ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate team and help oversee daily clinic operations while delivering ABA services. The Lead RBT will lead scheduling, cover staff absences, mentor new RBTs, ensure adherence to treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and model professionalism.

You will collaborate with families, BCBAs, and clinic leadership to maintain consistent client care, organized workflows, and a positive environment

• Provide client coverage when RBTs or other staff are absent or call out.
• Help manage daily staff and client scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Support the daily flow and organization of the clinic.
• Serve as a reliable resource and role model for RBTs and clinic staff.
• Help address staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operational needs.
• Monitor client care, documentation, safety, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Assist with training and supporting new and existing staff.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and clinic leadership.
• Take initiative and step in wherever needed to maintain consistent client care and clinic operations.

This position requires someone who can take initiative, manage changing priorities, support staff, and step in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.
