Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: minimum 1,000 hours of ABA experience with advanced clinical competence.
• Certification/registration as required by local statutes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients using ABA.
• Attend scheduled sessions and provide alternate coverage.
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians.
• Follow client treatment and safety processes and procedures.
• Document services accurately and timely per company policies.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability.
