Qualifications
Must be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider in home or in a school setting with ABA.
Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff.
Responsibilities
Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Ensures integrity of program implementation.
Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modifies programs as needed.
Analyzes data and creates graphs for visual analysis of data.
Develops clinical skill sets for behavior technicians.
Facilitates clinical team meetings.
Models appropriate behavior intervention strategies for others.
Generates and completes progress reports.
