Qualifications

• Must be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider in home or in a school setting with ABA.
• Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff.

Responsibilities

• Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ensures integrity of program implementation.
• Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modifies programs as needed.
• Analyzes data and creates graphs for visual analysis of data.
• Develops clinical skill sets for behavior technicians.
• Facilitates clinical team meetings.
• Models appropriate behavior intervention strategies for others.
• Generates and completes progress reports.
