Job summary

Family Behavior Solutions in East Providence, RI, seeks a Group Facilitator to lead ABA groups at the clinic, coordinating with the Group Coordinator and BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans and train staff.

You will schedule groups, prepare materials, develop visuals, maintain records, and support families and clients during sessions, with monthly team meetings and ongoing staff coaching.

Qualifications

• ABA Experience
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Leads ABA activities, classrooms, and groups at a particular clinic during ABA treatment hours.
• Prepares materials for group
• Creates visuals, directions, and trainings for clients and staff attending Social Groups
• Organizes, maintains, and creates clinic materials, activities, toy, and rooms
• Provides ongoing training and feedback to all center-based staff during groups
• Assists with behavior crises when needed
• Attending monthly clinic meetings, as directed by leadership
• Updating group documentation as needed
• Leading group throughout the day/evening
• Covering for staff as 1:1
• Coordinate with FBS via Microsoft Teams
• Uses FBS email for FBS needs
