Job summary

Chapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC (CRT), an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Lead A/V Technician in Dayton, Ohio to install and support AV systems on client sites, reading drawings and ensuring quality.

The role requires at least 5 years of industry experience; AVIXA/BICSI certifications are preferred. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum industry experience; certifications a plus (AVIXA, BICSI).
• Experience installing displays, screens, and projectors.
• Experience with AV and network test equipment; ability to use PC and support applications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics and plans.
• Install and support on-site audiovisual equipment across client projects.
• Cable installation, termination, rack configuration, device programming and quality control.
