Job summary

S&L Integrated is seeking an AV Technician to install and service commercial AV systems in diverse environments, from conference rooms to classrooms. You will work with experienced technicians, progressing toward Lead Tech as you demonstrate capability and leadership.

Responsibilities include running cables, mounting equipment, organizing parts, and logging time. The role requires travel up to 60% and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AV experience in installation, troubleshooting, and service.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.
• Ability to read or learn to read blueprints and schematics.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work on-site across sites.

Responsibilities

• Install complete AV systems according to project scope, timeline and standards.
• Run wire and cabling; install equipment like monitors, speakers, racks.
• Gather and organize equipment, parts and tools for installs; manage inventory.
• Maintain clean/organized worksites and vehicles; log time spent on assignments.
• Provide on-site risk reporting to keep projects on track; grow into Lead Tech responsibilities.
