JobOverview:

We are hiring a Lead A&P Mechanic /Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief to oversee aircraft maintenance activities,assign tasks to qualified mechanics and technicians, provide technicalguidance, and ensure maintenance is completed safely, properly, on schedule,and in accordance with FAA, customer, and company requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinatedaily work assignments according to aircraft schedule, manpower availability,and work scope requirements.
• Train, assist,and guide Mechanics and Technicians in proper maintenance procedures, safetypractices, and quality standards.
• Providetechnical assistance on aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, andmodification tasks.
• Monitorprogress of assigned work and identify issues that may affect aircraftschedule, quality, or airworthiness.
• Work withcustomers, managers, inspection teams, and core team members to resolveworkflow and aircraft maintenance concerns.
• Ensuremaintenance entries, work orders, task cards, and required documentation areproperly completed.
• Maintainsafety, housekeeping, tool control, part tagging, and preservation practiceswithin the hangar and around aircraft.

Requirements:
