JMC Aviation in western Wisconsin, near the St. Paul metro area, seeks a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) to mentor junior technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and serve as a technical lead across a diverse fleet of business jets.

This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes safety, reliability, and FAA compliance, with four 10‑hour shifts and occasional travel for AOG support. The ideal candidate will read and interpret manuals, oversee records, and mentor the team on Citation,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in a Part 145 environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams or mentoring junior mechanics.
• Strong working knowledge of FARs.
• Experience on business jets, especially Citation, Gulfstream, and Challenger platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical data.

Responsibilities

Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P)

Overvie

wAn established private aviation maintenance organization is seeking an experienced Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) to join its growing team in western Wisconsin, less than 45 minutes from the St. Paul metropolitan area

.This organization supports a global fleet of over 300 business aircraft, including light, super mid-size, long-range, and ultra-long-range platforms. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence across a diverse fleet of business jets

.This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for an experienced technician looking to take the next step in their career by mentoring junior technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, and serving as a technical lead within the maintenance team

.Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with one weekend rotation per month (subject to change). This is a full-time, onsite position

Key Responsibiliti

Qualificati

• ed.Minimum of 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably within a Part 145 Repair Station environme

• ed.Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR
