Job summary

BeneluxTek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) in Mobile, AL is hiring an Aircraft Mechanic / Aircraft Systems Installer to support assembly, installation, inspections, repairs, and system checks in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have hands-on mechanical skills, be capable of reading drawings and documents in English, and be prepared for shift work; an A&P license is preferred depending on client assignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aircraft mechanical installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret English drawings and instructions.
• Experience with torque and measuring tools.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Willing to work multiple shifts, overtime, weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, torque, secure, inspect, and verify aircraft mechanical components.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, rework, and modifications per data.
• Support hydraulic lines, flight surfaces, structures, and related systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and instructions.
• Perform system checks and quality verification per work instructions.
• Record work and discrepancies in approved logs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.

Our client is arecognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MRO organizationsupporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production, linemaintenance, and/or airworthiness operations.

Job Overview

We are hiring an Aircraft Mechanic /Aircraft Systems Installer to support aircraft assembly, mechanicalinstallation, inspections, repairs, modifications, and system functional checkswithin an aircraft manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-onmechanical skills, technical documentation understanding, and strong commitmentto aircraft safety, quality, and airworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Install,prepare, assemble, adapt, torque, secure, inspect, and verify aircraftmechanical components and systems.
• Performmaintenance, inspections, repairs, rework, and modifications in accordance withapproved technical data and company procedures.
• Supportaircraft system installation areas such as hydraulic lines, flight controlsurfaces, structural/mechanical assemblies, fairings, and related systems.
• Read andinterpret drawings, work orders, task cards, engineering instructions, andmanufacturer specifications.
• Perform systemfunction checks, bonding checks, and quality verification as required by workinstructions.
• Recordcompleted work and discrepancies accurately in approved systems/logs.
• Maintain asafe, clean, and compliant production environment.

Requirements

• Aircraftmechanical, assembly, maintenance, or systems installation experiencepreferred.
• A&Plicense preferred for maintenance-focused roles; may be required depending onspecific client assignment.
• Ability toread and interpret drawings, blueprints, technical instructions, and workorders in English.
• Experiencewith torque tools, hand tools, measuring tools, and aircraftproduction/maintenance documentation.
• Strongunderstanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability towork multiple shifts, overtime, weekends, and production schedules as required.
• A220/A320family or commercial aircraft experience preferred.
