Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Leader in San Diego to lead a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure guest experience commitments are met, manage daily workloads, and coach hourly teammates to execute store priorities.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include optimizing floor presentation, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting fulfillment operations while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to manage workload and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly teammates, including interviewing, coaching and evaluating.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, pricing and signage on the sales floor.
• Lead pick, pack and ship fulfillment as applicable and maintain safety standards.
