Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Experience interpreting FAA regulations and applying them to product testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and lead certification programs.
• Mentor and train team members; advise staff on processes and procedures.
• Interpret product standard requirements and advise on design strategies for compliance.
• Communicate with government agencies and partners about emerging technologies.
• Develop technical reports.
• Lead and manage certification for new engines and power systems products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement certification strategies specific to engines and power systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful certification.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to engines and power systems certification.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
